2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 21

Community averages:
270 children from San Jose, CA and Phoenix, AZ between 3rd and 6th grade: 

                         Mean ± S.D.

   Bully Scale       2.0 ± 2.9
   Victim Scale      6.7 ± 5.1
